The Iceland Chamber of Commerce operates 12 bilateral Chambers, both directly and in collaboration with others as well as the National Committee of the ICC. An important role of the bilateral chambers is strengthening the relationship with other similar organizations in their respective countries. They also cooperate in several ways with embassies and consulates on promoting Icelandic businesses abroad.
