Staðsetning: Grand Hotel Reykjavik

On February 12th the annual Taxday of Deloitte, the Chamber, the Confederation of Employers and the Morning Paper will be held at Grand Hotel Reykjavik.

The agenda is as follows:

Opening remarks: the Minister of Finance, Mr. Steingrímur J. Sigfússon
Taxes or tax revenue: Mr. Vilhjálmur Egilsson, managing director of the Confederation of Employers
A new landscape - new deductions rules: Mr. Gunnar Egill Egilsson, at the legal department of Deloitte
Economic crisis and tax collection: Mr. Ragnar Árnason, professor at the University of Iceland
Tax discrimination - different taxation according to legal form: Ms. Vala Valtýsdóttir, manager of the legal department of Deloitte

Meeting Moderator: Ms. Guðrún Hálfdánardóttir, assistant news director.

The meeting will held between 8:15 AM and 10:15 AM. Admission fee is ISK 3.500 with breakfast.
